A) Order

1. Is it necessary for me to register as member in order to purchase from your website?

It is not necessary. But as a registered member, you can always check back the purchase history at the Order Page & set Wish List for your own record.

2. Is there any Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applied?

No, there is no MOQ applied. As long as the buyer is willing to pay for the shipping charges, we would be happy to ship out even there is only one item :)

3. What should I fill up to place order?

Please fill up the recipient full name, hp number, company name (if any) & the full shipping address. Always make sure the shipping information is correct, else we are not held responsible for any returned/ missing parcel due to wrong/ incomplete information given. Shipping charges for second delivery (if any) shall be borne by the buyer in all circumstances.

4. Can I cancel my order after payment?

Order is non-cancellable after payment is made. Please choose carefully before placing the order.

5. What happen if I place order but do not make payment?

For order that is not made payment within 48 hours, our system will automatically delete it. If you are still keen on it, kindly place your order again.

B) Shipping

1. What is the service provider to ship the order?

We are using Posstore to ship your order.

2. What is your shipping area?

We ship by courier to Peninsular Malaysia only.

3. What are the shipping charges applied?

There is a flat rate, RM10 charged per order. We provide FREE shipping if purchase ≥ RM150.

4. How fast will you ship out the order?

For ready stock item, we will ship out the order on the next working day (Mon to Fri). As for pre-order item, it would be within 2 weeks (dried flower & add on), and 4 to 5 weeks (wrapper & ribbon). The estimated date shall be stated at the "Delivery" tab on the product page. Unless at certain circumstance such as unexpected delay from custom clearance or stock runs out, we will advise the customer accordingly.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery time by Posstore would be 1 to 2 working days after we ship out your order. You may estimate the delivery by tracing your parcel here or using the tracking link in the notification email we sent to you upon ship out.

6. Can I self collect my order?

Yes, self collect is available around The Mines Shopping Mall (Seri Kembangan, Selangor) only. Kindly WhatsApp us or email to pegasustrading.my@gmail.com in prior for further arrangement.
